FORE's Relationship To Your Doctor
FORE is here for you--to provide free medical care to study participants and to act as a primary osteoporosis resource for Northern Californians. The Foundation works closely with physicians, helping to diagnose and build treatment plans for you.
FORE will never take your doctor's place in your health care; however, we are here to assist the doctor/patient relationship in any way we can. Our goal is to present the risks of osteoporosis, facilitate conversations with doctors, and support diagnosis, treatment and healthy lifestyle choices. | | |
